Sabtari Sabir is a Supply Chain Business Analyst with more than 2 years of experience across supply chain through her co-ops at Northeastern University and her ongoing time at Converge. Sab brings energy and focus to every team she joins, whether by creating connections across the group or driving projects forward with determination. Her industry knowledge spans from vendor management in the retail textile industry to optimizing procurement and supply chain processes for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Before joining Converge, Sab completed two six-month co-ops during her undergraduate career. She first worked as a Logistics Co-op in the Business Enablement team at TJX, where she supported vendor management and supply chain operations. Most recently, she served as a Site Supply Chain Analyst at Sanofi, where she discovered her passion for the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, she prioritized on-time material delivery to manufacturing plants across Massachusetts, helping accelerate final drug production that ultimately reached patients in more than 30 countries worldwide.
Now at Converge, Sab works as a Business Analyst in Clinical Supply Chain, contributing to daily operational execution while partnering with teams to optimize processes and support more informed, data-driven decision-making. Sab has served as Supply Chain Manager for clients, managing daily supply activities and IRT/RTSM ordering and supply settings.
Sab graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Supply Chain Management and Brand Management, Sab is also a user of S-Clinica and 4GClinical IRT/RTSM systems.
