Rashi Gupta is a strategy and operations consultant with deep expertise in commercial and clinical supply chains for biopharmaceutical companies. She leads complex engagements by drawing on strong industry knowledge and prior “Big 4” experience. She is recognized for her strategic rigor, analytical excellence, and ability to build trusted client relationships while delivering high-quality work.
Rashi joined Converge in 2021 and has led numerous commercial supply chain gap assessments and launch roadmap development engagements, supporting clients through critical milestones including BLAs/NDAs and first product launches. She has led project management for multi-workstream U.S. commercial launch programs, enabling leadership visibility, managing cross-functional interdependencies, and ensuring execution against strategic objectives. Her experience includes leading vendor selection and management, COGS modeling, and ERP implementation projects.
Rashi has also served as a Clinical Supply Manager for multiple early- and late-stage companies. Her work spans global demand and supply planning, S&OP design and execution, inventory optimization, and end-to-end management of clinical supply chain operations. She brings a pragmatic, execution-focused approach to balancing forecast accuracy, supply risk, and operational feasibility in dynamic clinical environments, and partners with senior stakeholders to drive executive decision-making and alignment across CMC, Supply Chain and Clinical Operations.
Prior to Converge, Rashi spent nearly 5 years at Deloitte in the Audit practice, where she developed a strong foundation in financial rigor, risk and control assessment, and process design across healthcare and manufacturing clients. During her MBA internship, she gained industry experience at Mylan, Inc., supporting Global Finance Internal Audit initiatives aimed at quarterly filings and strengthening financial processes.
Rashi is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Osmania University and an MBA from Babson College with concentrations in Global Strategic Management and Quantitative Finance. Most recently, she earned a Global Supply Chain Management certification from Wharton Executive Education.
