Trained in business and operations strategy, Mile brings a strategic, enterprise-level perspective to helping clients make data-driven decisions that support growth, scalability, and long-term value creation. He is passionate about translating complex operational, financial, and supply chain data into actionable strategies that enable informed executive decision-making.
In his current role at Converge, Mile provides engagement leadership and strategic advisory support to emerging and established biopharmaceutical companies navigating increasing complexity across clinical and commercial supply chains. He partners closely with executive and functional leadership to assess operating models, identify risks and inefficiencies, and design practical roadmaps that balance near-term execution with long-term strategic objectives. By thoughtfully applying the deep expertise of subject matter specialists, Mile ensures recommendations are aligned to each client’s maturity, pipeline evolution, and growth ambitions.
Mile’s experience spans clinical and commercial supply chain strategy, IRT selection and implementation, S&OP process design, vendor governance, 3PL and FTZ selection and implementation, and cross-functional operating model alignment. This breadth enables him to advise clients not only on “how” to execute, but also on “where” and “when” to invest as they transition from R&D-focused organizations to fully commercial enterprises.
Prior to joining Converge, Mile served as a strategic advisor to a health and lifestyle company, where he analyzed historical sales data and leveraged an in-house mobile platform to generate insights for leadership. His work included market research, competitive analysis, and cost modeling, culminating in the development of a dynamic three-statement financial model used to evaluate growth opportunities, capital deployment, and strategic partnerships.
Mile holds an MBA from Babson College’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in International Economy and Business from St. Kliment Ohridski University in Prilep, North Macedonia. He is proficient in Spanish, Serbo-Croatian, and Bulgarian.
