Ash Pandit is a strategy consultant to biopharma companies, with 10+ years of experience spanning operations, supply strategy, and risk management across clinical and commercial portfolios. He is recognized for bringing clarity to complex environments through structured problem-solving and disciplined execution, and for bridging technical delivery with financial and operational decision-making.
In his current role, Ash partners with biopharma leaders to drive clinical and commercial readiness through launch planning, supply strategy, and cross-functional governance. His work spans Supply Chain, Manufacturing, CMC, and Finance, with a focus on strengthening execution and management for Technical Operations organizations. He leads complex, multi-workstream engagements to assess supply risks and implement practical risk management processes, delivers cross-functional clinical and commercial supply chain gap assessments and strategy roadmaps, and supports Tech Transfer and PAI readiness activities. Ash has led vendor selection and oversight efforts, including CDMOs and packaging partners, and has built MRP and S&OP tools for multi-study, multi-region programs. He supports Tech Ops, CMC, and Finance leaders with operating models, dashboards, and resource planning tools for faster decisions.
In his prior roles, Ash was a Senior Financial Analyst in Corporate FP&A at a large retail products company, where he led modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and dashboarding initiatives to improve planning accuracy and leadership decision-making. He also worked in corporate banking adding financial rigor to his consulting approach.
Ash earned his Master’s in Business Administration at Babson College, F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, and a second MBA (Finance) degree at Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning in Puttaparthi, India. He has a Biotech Management Certificate from Harvard University’s Extension School and also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree with honors from Sri Sathya Sai University.
