Sarah McDermott

Sarah McDermott is an experienced business operations and HR professional currently serving as Operations Manager at Converge Consulting. With more than six years at the firm, she plays a central role in overseeing internal operations and works closely with senior leadership to support initiatives that drive sustainable growth, strengthen financial oversight, and build scalable operating systems aligned with organizational objectives.

At Converge, Sarah has led key initiatives to enhance business performance, including the implementation of Professional Services Automation (PSA) software and enhanced reporting capabilities to improve visibility into utilization, project performance, and firm-wide KPIs.
