Matthew Pritika is a Business Development Manager at Converge Consulting, where he supports life sciences and pharmaceutical organizations in addressing complex operational and supply chain challenges. With over six years at Converge Consulting, Matthew partners closely with clients to identify strategic opportunities, connect them with tailored consulting solutions, and drive long-term value across planning, execution, and transformation initiatives.

Matthew has deep experience working with organizations navigating increased portfolio complexity, evolving supply chain requirements, and the need to scale beyond traditional systems. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he was a founding member of the Kappa Sigma fraternity’s Gamma Delta chapter.
