About Stephanie

Stephanie has spent her career developing a strong blend of skills dedicated to the cell and gene therapy industry. She shares an excitement and passion for thought-leadership that breaks the boundaries of traditional thinking to create success for her clients, and, most importantly, the patient.

Stephanie has spent her recent years working in Sales and Business Development in the cell and gene therapy space. Her experience spans from selling and consulting in the pre-clinical R&D space for Miltenyi Biotec to managing the sales, marketing, and account management tasks for the CDMO HCATS/Minaris Regenerative Medicine. Stephanie is confident in having an understanding of the needs involved in translating a cell and gene therapy product from bench to bedside and is excited to use her experience to support DHC!

Before translating to the cell and gene therapy industry, Stephanie spent eight years working as a scientist in neurodegenerative research. Stephanie’s laboratory experiences supported her sales approach to create a collaborative relationship with her clients…building trust and open communication to understand their needs and provide consultations that could best guarantee success. Having a strong technical background allows Stephanie to speak to the nuances of cell therapy workflows and provide an added level of technical expertise.

Stephanie’s background in laboratory bench work in conjunction with her business development and sales consulting experience has given her a well-rounded perspective of the needle-to-needle process for cell and gene therapy manufacturing.
